How long will it take for me to get my order?
Orders are often processed the same or next business day. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been shipped. Standard ground shipping within Canada & USA is 5-7 business days. If you need your order faster, and expedited shipping is available to your location, this option will appear at checkout — you may choose this option for an additional charge. International orders may take longer to process due to customs. Call us at 1-800-772-1408 if you have further questions.

What currency are orders billed?
All orders will be billed in US currency. You can view the amount you will be billed in your shopping cart.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated by weight and location. We ship from our warehouse in Blaine, Washington, USA using Fedex ground service unless otherwise requested. You will have the opportunity to view the shipping cost before payment at check out.
Do you ship outside the US and Canada?
Yes. We ship worldwide using FedEx. There will be no extra duties or brokerage fees for Canadian bound shipments. Clients outside of USA and Canada are responsible for their own local duties / brokerage fees. We do not include nor reimburse the costs of duties and taxes imposed by foreign governments.
Are there any additional costs to my order, such as tax or brokerage fees?
Canadian residents are subject to GST/HST. Washington State residents are subject to Washington State Sales Tax. Clients outside of USA and Canada are responsible for their own local duties / brokerage fees. We do not include nor reimburse the costs of duties and taxes imposed by foreign governments.
